Pousada Vila Real Santo Antonio
8/10 Good
"Great location, no traffic, plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Hotel provides free WiFi and pool towels. Water provided. Air conditioning. Room very clean. Some friendly staff, others need to smile more. Coffee machine at breakfast great! Margherita pizzas were good! Negatives- on check in, not told about ferry to Spain, land train to beach, WiFi password, breakfast, events that were happening in the square- very poor communication. Room was a classic but very basic, ‘mini bar’was a campervan fridge, not offered upgrade or given wine in room as per booking on arrival. Mattress was firm. Mould in shower. Pools didn’t look or smell clean. Property looking tired in places, needing new flooring, carpet, plants dead on rooftop, rooftop plunge pool in red, table broken on rooftop bar, Breakfast ..minimum offerings. Ok stay for a couple of nights stay."
Verdelago Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at Verdelago and would happily return. The resort is beautiful, the staff were wonderful throughout, and the restaurant team in particular were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and really made the stay feel special. Honestly, the only things missing for us were a spa and a heated pool. Add those and it would be pretty much perfect! We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again."

Hotel Navegadores

"I have used this hotel several times over the years so I find it an excellent choice. Breakfast and Dinner are very reasonably priced but lack variety."
Bordoy Grand House Algarve
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful hotel looked after by amazing friendly staff. Attention to detail in all aspects was impressive and in terms of comfort of stay I’d give this a 10 out of 10"
DoubleTree by Hilton Islantilla Beach Golf Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Ignore all the reviews. This hotel is fantastic. I went with six and eight-year-old boys who loved to get in the free train to the beach."
This is your dream home
10/10 Excellent
Hotel ILUNION Islantilla
8/10 Good
"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb. They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four."
