Castello di Baccaresca
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed ‘out of season’. Possibly one of only 3 or 4 rooms occupied at the time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. I can imagine an amazing place to be in busier times and in better weather. The drive to the property was a little difficult with very poor road access. "
"We drove in late in the evening and was delighted to wake up to a tasty breakfast buffet and the stunning location in the hills. It was a very spacious room with modern amenities. "
Idyllic artist's country house with pool & yoga room in a secluded location

"Stayed as part of a large group for a en celebration. The house was as described and shown. The surroundings were stunning and very peaceful. Diana was helpful and always responded to questions. The arrival gifts were very much appreciated. We all loved our stay and the house and would definitely stay again. Thankyou for having us "
"We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes. "
"The staff were excellent, our twin room turned out to be a double room so we asked for a room with separate beds, and they gave us an apartment, which was more than adequate, it hadn’t been used for a while, but just needed an airing"
