"Great Hotel, we had no of the newly refurbished rooms and it was lovely, beds super comfy. Approx. 15 min walk to the Viaduct, restaurant area or a $10 Uber ride. "

"We were upgraded to a suite which was great. So much room. While some of the common spaces are starting to show their age the room was great and fairly modern. "

The recently updated floor covering in the changing rooms is a huge improvement. The service in the chandelier lounge always leaves me feeling appreciated as a solo traveller. "As a first time book a batcher we found this well presented apartment had everything we needed for our short visit to Auckland.When a table is added to the outside courtyard,it will become a lovely place to relax and dine in."

"This is fine if you’re a college student on a major budget and don’t care about really dusty and musty rooms. The smell in the room was horrible. The bed was comfortable and ok but I didn’t feel safe at all (just a tiny rusty lock with a key that didn’t even work) to lock the latch on the sliding door. TV doesn’t work. No towels provided. Glad I only spent a quick night there. "
