"Very good staff and great price. Good accommodations throughout the building including kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The rooms were more spacious than my prior experiences living in a hostile hotel. The interior of the building was clean. Rooms were well maintained. The location is within walking distance to downtown Auckland. You may prefer to Uber, but I never needed an Uber. My legs got me everywhere. I would definitely return for another stay on my next trip to New Zealand....
