"Room immaculate and serviced everyday. Nice bathroom too. All service areas seemed very clean. Restaurant was good value, nice food and service. I used the small but quite well stocked gym which was very useful. Great location next to skytower, bus station to airport and few streets from the harbour and central part of town. All staff were very helpful, well presented and polite. Would highly recommend"

"What can I say. The house in Ponsonby was perfect for our travelling party of 5 (with 2 young kids). Our final stop on a North Island circuit for 5 nights!We had an issue with the hot water not working on Day 1 (due to a blown fuse), however the host organised a technician within 24 hours and also offered a small refund. So a tricky experience was turned into a good one. Communication was 8/10, could have been better if the host was slightly more prompt and accurate with the messages regarding the fixes.The property has old school charm and is extremely functional for any group of travellers. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay.While these are all on the listing, the things we appreciated that little bit extra were; Ponsonby Rd on doorstep, reverse-cycle heating, the shower was amazing, proximity to public transport, feeling safe welcome in the community.We'd happily stay at The Ponsonby house again. Aaron from Perth, Western Australia."
