"The Pros: Location: Fantastic, highly convenient location for exploring the Namba area. Staff & Policies: Friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel offers a late check-out option, which was a huge plus. Amenities: Fresh towels and bottled water were replenished daily. In-room coffee was provided. Onsen: The onsen was a nice touch for unwinding, though fairly standard. The Cons: Elevators: Elevator wait times were long, and the cars were consistently packed or had queues waiting to board. Disappointing View: Paid extra for a city view room, but it was just a view of ugly rooftops. Bed Comfort: The bed was quite hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Tech & Charging: Inconvenient charging options—there were no USB ports, and standard outlets were slow to charge devices. Common Area Perks: Free coffee is only available in the room; none was offered in the lobby or public areas."
