"No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. "

"Very basic, but if you just need a bed it's a good option. Good points: good location, good parking, clean, good WiFi Bad points: very poor mattress, shower scalding hot and impossible to control, no furniture other than bed and bedside table. I will use this hotel again because of price and location and parking. You get what you pay for and I don't need much!"

"Host was very welcoming and property was cosy with everything you needed. There were a couple of things that needed fixing - the kitchen tap was very loose and the door lock needs attention other than that a very enjoyable stay."
