"The property was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The amenities, such as the outdoor pool, were unfortunately closed. Coffee/ cafes did not open until 9am making it challenging for early risers like myself. The dinner options closed early without many healthy options and no take away options. For the price paid I would choose another hotel nearby in the future."

"My room was very clean. Complimentory water and phone charger with three different cables were quite handy. Hotel is right next to Unseo station, which is super convenient."

"I landed at terminal 2 at 3.30pm and only managed to got to the hotel at 7.30pm by taxi! No shuttle service, bad service, irresponsible staff, I was shocked by their poor English and management"
