The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."

Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment.
