Bit of a queue checking in, two staff behind the desk and when it was our turn the person stopped dealing with us to see to someone else. Customer service good be improved.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing.
The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes.
Excellent service from excellent staff.
Looking forward to staying again.

Lovely relaxing stay
"Spa amenities were lovely. Very clean and relaxing. Love the sauna pool that opens outside, was lovely just relaxing with the view and the other sauna and steam rooms were very well presented and clean."

"Lovely friendly hotel. Good food, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Free coffee and tea to help yourself throughout the day. Rooms were spacious with lovely spacious shower room. Only negative, no plug by the mirror to help with hair styling etc."
