"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Gracery during our recent trip to Tokyo. The service was excellent. The rooms were rather spacious and modern. The thing we liked most was the location. This hotel was in the center of it all. Waking distance to everything. The two things I did not like were the terrace to see Godzilla head was closed. I also didn’t like that there was no American television to watch during my stay. "

"One of my favourite hotels! Beautiful clean rooms with a great view of the city. Access to the lounges are a great touch, and all staff were welcoming, and courteous. "

"Front desk staff and all staff were excellent. Very helpful, friendly and available. Rooms were a little tight but comfortable. The shower was great as were the heated toilet seat. Bed was firm and the TV seemed larger than normal. Location was outstanding in the middle of Shibuya and five minute walk to the Scramble. "
