"It was really nice, the room was a traditional one, and they had hotsprings both very very clean. An amazing experience. The staff also helped us book a taxi and were really nice."
"Provide different experience in staying and enjoying surrouding enviroment, not only traditional hotspring hotel but this type of small house or cabin also very comfortable and unique."
"House was dirty to include a bag in the sink with fruit flies under as soon as I moved it. Some black things in the bathtub. Mini oven was just dirty. Multiple other things but could have been better. I would highly recommend to get another fan because it was really hot. Last thing is finding it. It was dark out so I know it made it way harder but the map on the app and address and direction pamphlet all said different things. Took me an hour to find the place. I almost booked another hotel. "Beautiful place, great food and classy top notch. The best of all the staff at the front desk Yaminsha a caring gentleman that helped us with translating for transport from to train. I am very appreciative of his help. Good people are hard to find and there are plenty in this hotel. More than grateful.

"We had a great stay at this property. The hostess was kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bath was clean and relaxing. The rooms were a bit cold this time of year, so I suggest starting the heater during the day while you are out to come back to a nice toasty room. The property is conveniently located with a beautiful vue on the lake from the front and Fuji-san from the back. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning.
The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc.
There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away.
7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed. "
