"Wonderfully clean and beautifully maintained hotel near the lake in a quiet, secluded spot. The staff is lovely and happy to help with anything you might need.
We ate at the hotel one night and went out another night. The menu at the hotel is limited and mainly designed around sets (multi-course meals) but the food was good.
Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from noise, traffic, and busy cities. You’d definitely need a car to visit, but it’s a nice experience and the onsen is a big...
"Provide different experience in staying and enjoying surrouding enviroment, not only traditional hotspring hotel but this type of small house or cabin also very comfortable and unique."
"House was dirty to include a bag in the sink with fruit flies under as soon as I moved it. Some black things in the bathtub. Mini oven was just dirty. Multiple other things but could have been better. I would highly recommend to get another fan because it was really hot. Last thing is finding it. It was dark out so I know it made it way harder but the map on the app and address and direction pamphlet all said different things. Took me an hour to find the place. I almost booked another hotel. "We had a great stay at this property. The hostess was kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bath was clean and relaxing. The rooms were a bit cold this time of year, so I suggest starting the heater during the day while you are out to come back to a nice toasty room. The property is conveniently located with a beautiful vue on the lake from the front and Fuji-san from the back. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning.
The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc.
There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away.
7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed. "
"I really like this place. It was very cool and relaxing while there. The service was great and the lobby was very relaxing with very comfortable furniture.
The place was a little walk uphill from the bus station and getting taxis were not easy depending on when you arrive.
The downside was the shower took a long time to get hot and the water from the shower head in my room felt like sharp things because of the shower head. They should be changed. The only other thing was coffee or tea. There was a hot water dispenser but no coffee or tea that I could see. Maybe I missed it.
I would still stay there again"
