"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside hotel in Japan. Waking up to a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji and the lake was something we’ll never forget. The room was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of four. One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing in the sauna and hot tub after a day of exploring and hiking to the top of Mt. Fuji . It was the perfect way to unwind while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The self-check-in process on the iPad was quick, simple, and made everything incredibly easy. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic Japanese getaway with incredible scenery and excellent amenities, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The combination of the lake, the stunning Mount Fuji views, and the relaxing spa facilities made this one of the highlights of our trip. We would gladly stay here again!"

"The hotel was great value for money. Rooms were clean, and offered either a view of Mt Fuji or of Lake Yamanaka, and both were great. The hotel was in a great location, and was in walking distance of a number of restaurants. The area was quiet and had a small country town feel."

"This was an excellent place to stay the day before we climbed Mount Fuji! There isn't a lot of privacy in the back yard, but the inside is comfortable. Plus, you can't beat the view!"

"Extremely friendly staff went above and beyond to help me and my partner. The room was clean and sleeping on a traditional futon was a fun experience. My partner and I never slept better! The traditional bath was nice as well. There’s shared toilets separated between male and female. The toilet room was always clean, smell good, and had a heated seat. You get to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake (we recommend renting a bike and eating at the local restaurants). Also, when you look behind you will have an incredible view of Mount Fuji! It was such a breath taking moment the first time seeing Mount Fuji. We highly recommend staying here and supporting the locals! Great food everywhere we went!"
