"The room was alright. It was small but had everything that we needed and the AC worked well. You need a gold room to access the hot tub area which was not clear when we booked. It costs 10€ to get this access for normal rooms. When we were given access to the hot tub it was set to 74 degrees F and took 8 hours to get to a reasonableness temperature. Although this is not necessarily the hotels fault it was sad because it was rainy during our stay. We wished we would have stayed in Riva Del Garda...

"We loved the hotel and all of its services and the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast and super chef! Wow! I cannot say enough! We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. Thank you to all! "

"Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."

"First off, the North lake Garda area is spectacular and the view from the hotel balcony is unbelievable. The hotel is modern, but very friendly. Staff are exceptional and the hotel restaurant is very nice for dinner after an active day. I stayed here for a specific event, but will definitely be back to explore more of the area."
