"The room sizes are big with room amenities such as water, tea, coffee and bathroom necessities are provided. There was even a microwave in the room and water filtration system in the hallway. Two air conditioners....one for the bedroom and one for the living room makes the place cool and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. This place is well situated and close to a shopping mall and within walking distance (around 10 min) to main tourist sites. "

"I felt like I walked onto a movie set back in the 20’s. The hotel kept the room setting from the early 1900’s. It is beautiful and relaxing! Everything was excellent. The only down side was the pillows."

Lots and lots of food choices from streetfood to restaurants. The concierge was very helpful with information on hiking Penang Hill Heritage Trail and using the Penang Hill Funicular Train retuning.
