"The location of the hotel was great and was linked directly to the Chubu centrair airport. The room was simple and neat. There were kettle, cups and tea provided. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were polite and helpful."

"Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it."

"Like it name says, it was very comfortable stay. They went for an extra mile for their complementary breakfast. For those early departure customers before scheduled breakfast time, they prepared bags of snacks (food bars) and a bottle of water to take. This was my first time to see such service and is very helpful."
