"Everything was great. The room was impeccably clean, but we were missing face cloths, the lights above the beds didn't work (needed new lightbulbs maybe?), and the TV remote was missing. It was late at night when we discovered these things so no one was there to call and it certainly wasn't an emergency. "Joan is very friendly and helpful. She seeks to accommodate guests in whatever way she can. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom and shower. I was able to arrive quite late my first night, around 2am, and was left clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was clean and charming. Thanks Joan!"
