"What sets this property apart is the outstanding customer service and attention details. The Staff, Property, rooms, pools, dining and spa were all above expectations. "
"The owner and family were so nice to us at our stay. The property is beautiful and the food was so good. It was an awesome time to be at this place for our first time in costa rica! "
"We loved our stay here. Our room had plenty of space, it was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there was great seating in front and back of our unit. We saw macaws, tucans and squirrel monkeys from the front and back patio areas! What a treat. "

Shana by the Beach Manuel Antonio
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay. Great customer service from every staff member we interacted with. We loved having access to the beach nearby. Happy hour every afternoon by the pool. Lots of wildlife just at our balcony, including sloths, toucans, and monkeys. We loved the stunning ocean view! Decent breakfast buffet included. We had dinner once on site which was ok. Enjoyed my massage. Johnny was great in helping us book our excursion. "
"Because of the humidity the floor in our room on the first floor kept getting wet and slippery. So I would suggest not to book the first floor. The guest service was excellent and they switched us to a different room and even provided a fan as the ceiling fan was not working that well. Everyone that works there was very nice and helpful. The property is being well maintened. Every time we walked outside there were always people taking care of the greenery there or putting pavers in or wiping the glass on the balconies. The beach by it is only 10-15 mins walk and it’s well worth it. The calmest ocean waters I’ve ever been in. The resort is super pretty and we saw tons or animals on the property."
"Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views. They had pre prepared cocktails for us, a eucalyptus wet towel, and went over their amenities and services they provide. The room was very spacious, clean, incredibly comfortable .pool was great. We saw about a dozen spider moneys in the trees 20’ from the pool area. Restaurant service was top notch and the food was delicious. Breakfast was 10/10! Highly recommend. I would absolutely go back. They also provide free shuttle service to Manuel Antonio park and the beach every hour of the day "
House,Pool in the jungle.Great location short walk to famous Playa la Macha
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful trip! The house was perfect for our group of four adults and five preteens and teens. One afternoon while enjoying the pool we had a visit from a troop of squirrel monkeys, which was unforgettable. We highly recommend this property! "
"We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating to our late check in and the service was incredible. We were immediately greeted and given a map of Quepos along with the knowledge of everything that was around. Drinks were amazing and the constant wildlife present at our stay made it that much more special. The treetop canopy did have an uphill walk to get to, but it was so worth it as our room and balcony was right in front of a scarlet macaw nest. Our room was clean and beautiful! When looking for excursions, staff was incredibly knowledgeable of everything to do nearby and even booked it for us! An incredibly unique stay with above and beyond service and beauty, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Pura Vida"
"This hotel definitely has the best views in Manuel Antonio. The sunset and the view of the ocean were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend eating dinner at the hotel restaurant during sunset. We were on the top floor with ocean view and it was stunning.
The only issue was that the elevator would go up to our floor but it wouldn’t go down. We didn’t mind walking down the stairs but it was tough when we were going to check out and had to carry our luggage. "
"First time visiting CR from USA. Wife and I stayed here for 7 Days. The locals and staff in the area were very friendly and there are multiple amazing restaurants within walking distance. The Free daily breakfast on site was beyond expectations, very good and very convenient! The hotel is safe and clean. Staying in Quepos instead of up on the hill and around Manuel Antonio was very cool and it was nice to experience a more authentic local vibe. The beach and park were all a very short cab ride away. We had no problem getting around the area via taxi from this hotel. The pool was also a great way to cool off during the day and offered a great sanctuary to relax and unwind. Being in downtown Quepos there was a little bit of street noise and activity however as an American I found it all very fun and interesting to take in. My wife and I also enjoyed getting to meet and have a couple beers with some locals in the casino. I would highly recommend this hotel for any travelers. This hotel helped to make our trip to Costa Rica super great and we love the country we experienced and people we met during our stay here! We hope to return soon and will definitely be choosing this hotel again! "
