"Check-in was very easy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our suite was spacious and comfortable with a balcony and mountain view. The hotel had nice attention to details, such as a well-outfitted kitchen (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker) and ear plugs in case Whistler Village gets noisy, which we didn’t end up needing, but we appreciated the touch. Our suite could have used a few more pieces of furniture such as: A small table to go with the balcony chairs so you have somewhere to set your coffee/tea while you’re sitting outside. An armchair or bench/reading nook in the bedroom corner (or move the dresser here), which felt like dead unused space. The bedroom was plenty big, but the bed was too close to the closet despite there being a lot of unused space in the opposite corner. But things like this aren’t dealbreakers; they’re improvements that would make the suite comfortable not only for a short-term stay, but a longer-term visit as well. We had a great time in Whistler and would stay at the Sundial Hotel again."

"The hitching post is a great little motel. Its clean, quiet and well maintained for a older building. The rooms have everuthing u need. if you are checking in after 9pm, there is noone at the desk. so u get a locl box to find your key! A hot tub would be a great addition! or a badminton net or something to do on the property in summer. Close to pemberton and a great thai restaurant. I like the hitching post!"
