We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The only thing we didn’t really like was the way the membership presentation was introduced. Upon checking in, we were told not to forget to pick up our “free gift,” and we even received a call in our room about an hour after arriving to remind us. When we went downstairs, we discovered that the “gift” was actually an incentive to sit through a presentation about purchasing a membership, with a prepaid Visa and 7 free hotel nights being offered. The girl who spoke with us was genuinely very nice and friendly, so this is not a criticism of her personally. It was more the way it was presented that felt a little misleading and annoying, especially when we had just arrived and were ready to relax and enjoy our vacation. We would have preferred to simply be told upfront that it was a membership presentation with an incentive. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience overall!

Beautiful rooms, feels like an apartment not just a hotel room. Love the amenities, kids pool, adult pool, games room even in house theatre where we could pick a movie to watch! Been coming since I was a teenager and now my teenagers are enjoying the place!!

This was our first time in Whistler and we couldn't be happier with our stay at the Hilton! It was nice having all the rooms recently updated. Very happy with the location, the staff was great and we loved the outdoor hot tubs and pool.
