Huge shoutout to Faye at the front desk, she is incredibly friendly, very helpful and made check-in a breeze. Staff like her make all the difference! Highly recommend for a relaxing city getaway. "The rooms we had were not clean, very dusty especially in the bathrooms. We had stayed at this hotel several years ago and to be honest it appeared to have declined in quality, booking in the staff member got the wrong people in the wrong rooms which caused problems later. I had paid for breakfast during our stay which worked well the first two days then became a problem and we were shown as not having paid so they kept asking us to pay. The chap on breakfast reception was really helpful but I didn’t get his name. But the food was ok."
