Grand Living and Village Charm

Centrally located in the beautiful Etschtal Valley of South Tyrol, the charming holiday apartment Royal Kreuzwegerhofnals welcomes you to the Italian village of Nals/Nalles. The 60 m² apartment features a living area with a comfortable sofa bed with mattress, a sleeping alcove (130 cm wide), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a safe. A cot and high chair are available on request. Washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee.



In the shared outdoor area, you can relax in the well-kept garden. Enjoy the swimming pool with pond area, children's section, and Kneipp zone (chlorine-free), or unwind on the spacious wooden terrace with comfortable loungers and mountain views.



The Etschtal/Valle dell’Adige region offers many hiking areas, and the Meran 2000 ski area is just 18 minutes (18 km) away by car. Several restaurants, a bar, and a café are within walking distance. The nearest supermarket and bakery are only 28 m away. Bolzano/Bozen can be reached by car in 18 minutes (17 km).



A covered parking space is available on the property free of charge. Guests with electric cars can use a charging station, which is available for consumption. Pets are allowed on request. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Gute professionelle Beratung zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Gesamte Anlage und Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön hergerichtet. Lage in Nals sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber.

Schitterend huis en appartement

Pros: Prachtig huis met heerlijke tuin en prima zwembad. Veel ruimte en voldoende parkeer mogelijkheden voor de auto. Cons: Ondanks dat we hiermee bekend waren zat ons appartement, een van de 10, aan de voorkant van het huis. De weg aan de voorkant is druk en lawaaierig. Een appartement aan de achterkant van het huis heeft hier geen last van. Geen bezwaar echter om uit te boeken want het is een erg mooi vakantieverblijf
