"Well renovated and modernized, but structure still feels weak. Walking around felt like I was a giant shaking the floors, would hear banging from jsut normal activities from neighbours too. Cleanliness was decent, the counter want fully wiped when we arrived, had precious guests toothpast drips still around. Other that those, it was a pretty decent stay, perfect for resting for the night through long drives "

"We recently stayed at Rockwater Secret Cove Resort, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.
The property is very run down and appears to be in serious need of maintenance. Our room was not clean, and there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. The TV did not work, the heater was broken and seemed unsafe, and the bathroom door actually jammed while my child was inside, which was very frightening.
There was also visible mold in the room, which triggered my allergies. On top of that, there was a constant dripping or tapping sound throughout the night that made it impossible to sleep.
We had originally booked for two nights but felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we checked out after just one night. We were told the manager would contact us regarding these issues, but we never received any follow-up email.
Overall, this stay was very disappointing, especially given the price and expectations. The location is beautiful, but the property itself needs significant upgrades and proper maintenance before it can justify the cost. I would recommend saving your money and choosing a different place to stay."
