"This is a lovely home with water views. We enjoyed our stay so much!!! The home is spacious, yet cozy, and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you could possibly need was there, and everything was put away in an orderly and organized manner. We had our family reunion over Easter weekend at this house, and everyone remarked on how special it is! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!"

"First of all, this home sits on the best site with incredible views all around. The home itself is clean, modern, well-furnished and perfect for our family gathering.The gas fireplace was a cozy gathering spot each morning for coffee before we ventured off. A lot of laughs and catching up with family members coming together from both Coasts. (Easy access back & forth from Logan Airport and simple parking at the house for multiple cars). The kitchen has all you need. The coffee/tea setup was stocked and top-notch. Bathrooms, towels, etc. we’re perfecto.Maybe the best feature for this Waterfront Estate was the uber responsive questions and answers from the 5 Star hosts, who checked in consistently and made sure we were settled in for a great long weekend.I’d love to stay here again!"

"Property was clean but outdated. Breakfast was subpar compared to other similar hotels. There is a Dunkin next door but this means we could not take advantage of complimentary breakfast. The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. Would not have been usable by some in a wheelchair. The bedding was thin and lacked a comforter or quilt. The pillows were thin and not supportive. The room doors were quite heavy and would have been challenging for someone with accessibility needs."

"My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. The history of the building is all around you and the rooms are super spacious and the gas fireplace is a fantastic way to end the day!! Thumbs up all the way around. I stayed for three nights and will be back this fall. Try it, you won’t be disappointed. "
