"House is very nicely decorated and welcoming. Location is great walking distance to the main street of Cohasset. The house was perfect for our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Sandy beach can be walked to in about 30 min however somewhat inconvenient as along the main road with no sidewalk. Having said that Sandy Beach is beautiful! We really enjoyed staying at the house and loved the town of Cohasset, communication with the host was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay"

"The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with a cathedral ceiling, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. It was quiet and LOVELY. The welcoming hostess was hospitable- she met us at the door both nights- and helpful. We were not prepared for the fact that the view included a busy road. The photos on the website show the main beach in Hull, but that requires a drive. We looked out on a small tributary/pond, with a busy road to the right of our balcony. Aside from being more truthful about the view, my only suggestion is to make the signage about when breakfast is available more uniform. The sign in our room and the one in the kitchen differed from the directions provided by the hostess, which happened to be correct, but we only found this out after the first morning, when we assumed (based on the sign in our room) that we had missed breakfast and thus did not go downstairs. We had breakfast at our own expense, although it was included in the room charge. That is an easy fix."

"We enjoyed our stay. It’s right across the street from the beach with beautiful views and near a ton of restaurants with one of the nicest being right downstairs. The rooms were clean and showers were nice. You could definitely see some things needing updates in the hotel but they always had someone working on things so looked like they are keeping it up. Would definitely recommend."
