"Always excellent! A little struggle with noisiness between rooms - seems to be limited sound insulation. TV on at 2:30am in adjacent room. Still, my stats have consistently been pleasant. The rooms are so tidy and the decor fresh and welcoming. "

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very attentive and helpful with our special request related to extra bed sheets. The owner lives on the property and greeted us personally. There is plenty of free(!!!) parking available. The area is quiet and picturesque. We stayed for 5 nights and highly recommended this place."

Everything you could possibly need was there, and everything was put away in an orderly and organized manner. "The property was just as discribed, located across the street from the ocean. We loved our backyard view and we even saw a bunch of wildlife including deer. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The children had a blast and the place was very comfortable. The host is a great communicator and quick to respond. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the ocean and beach."
