The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near the window when it was open. The towels smelt of damp, which was a shame as the bedding was so fresh and clean. Maybe they need replacing. Lots of on street parking ! Hopefully these comments get taken into consideration. We certainly would consider coming back!

"The hotel is in a superb location and the gardens are beautiful. We enjoyed delicious evening meals in the bar and breakfast was good with great views if you managed to get a table in the conservatory. "Hotel looking very tired. 3 black bin bags and a broken cup remained in the corridor for 2 days and was still there when I left.
