Very clean staff was very polite and very helpful,cannot fault the team there,again very good rooms clean and spotless
If I had one complain it would be that we had a noise above our room and we was on the 7th floor and so we really don’t know what the noise was but sometimes it would last for hrs other times about 1 hr
But apart from that brillant and we shall use again

Good location, easy to walk into the centre and also down a fairly quiet end of the street despite being so central.
Didn’t really interact with staff as you can check in and check out independently, so not much to add there.
Hotel doesn’t validate parking so the public car park nearby although safe is quite expensive!

"Have stayed before but was given a disabled room this time. Was not really appropriate as sink small very low and would have preferred an ordinary room. However it was a comfortable stay and we will stay again . It is ideally situated for the terminals."

"Very convenient to the Manchester airport, as it is about a 10-minute walk within the airport terminal via a sky-link. There could be better signage at the airport directing the way to the hotel from the airport. There was only one sign with direction to the hotel that we luckily saw as it was hidden ..."
