Finding the right reception was challenging. We were there in a slow season so the 1 st 2 reception areas were closed. Actually most things were closed. At least it was very quiet. The staff were so wonderful and helpful it made my Solo travel experience one of the most memorable trips ever. The location was perfect and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would consider this the BEST hotel in Rovaniemi, Finland.
