"The property was as described and in a great location. The host was accommodating and responsive. There were some stubborn tiny ants in the kitchen and lanai but the property was clean and in good condition. "

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was when trying to warm up milk for my daughter, as they do not provide a microwave in the room. However, they helped me warm the milk in the lobby; it was a bit inconvenient, though, since she drank milk twice a day."

"Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."
