We also loved the free shuttle service, which made exploring all the happening spots around town so easy and convenient. "Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great. One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately as I would say this spoiled my vacation to some extent. It's as bad as me banging on their door after 10pm."

"Room was spotless Staff friendly Location fabulous A couple of negative things Balcony only one chair not big enough for 2 people Top pool deck.. the bin wasn’t emptied for 3 days The pool towel bin wasn’t emptied our whole stay and restated. Some of the food on offer like desserts were frozen. Apart from those few issues to be addressed for forthcoming clients not to have an issue."
