"Location perfect on water. Able to walk to dining and boating activities. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Great happy hour. Room was nice. Only complaint was ceiling fan wasn’t working and shelf inside shower was missing. Looked like it had been broken off and hadn’t been replaced."

"The property was nice, my room was clean. The breakfast was good, I feel the "dark" coffee could be better or more strong. Something that should be noted is that they lock the front door at 10 and don't answer if you knock or push the button on the camera. Make sure you have the property phone number, they did answer and quickly opened the door so I could check in at 11:30 at night."

"If you are thinking about booking this property stop thinking and just do it! As beautiful as it looks in the pictures it's even nicer in person. Spacious and beautifully decorated! The place was fully stocked from the kitchen to a garage filled with all the beach accessories you could ask for and an additional full refrigerator and even a spot for your car. The four bedrooms were very roomy with plenty of storage and extremely comfortable beds. There was also a work space off the kitchen which was great for my husband who is never truly on vacation. I wish the pool was a little bigger and not so deep as soon as you stepped in (short girl problems) but it was still great and we loved the huge hot tub. I was worried about the noise from the road after reading some of the reviews, but the house is so far back from the road that we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. It was very peaceful. Also, the location was perfect. I look forward to booking this property again next time we are in Naples!"

"We should have been informed that screendoor on lanai was intentionally locked, not to be opened until scheduled power washing and painting was happening during our stay! I would have selected a different place had I known we'd have to deal with that! We agreed to remove furniture from the lanai, agreed to let potential buyers come during our stay, why were they scheduled when unit was ours for 10 days!"
