  • Located in the heart of Naples’ historic center, just 50 m from the pedestrian area of Via Toledo and about a 5-minute walk from Piazza Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, and the seafront, this apartment is only minutes from monuments, metro, taxis, and buses. The area is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias.



    The 120 sqm accommodation features 3 shared corridor bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms (two with sofa beds), a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Daily extra cleaning is available on request. Events are not allowed.



    Private parking is available on request. Upon request: private transfers to/from airport and station, van tours to Positano, Pompeii, Sorrento, Vesuvius, and the Royal Palace of Caserta, guided walking tours, boat tours to Capri, Ischia, Procida, and the Amalfi Coast, lunches and dinners on request, and personalized packages for special events with a private photographer.



    The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator (small size, not suitable for wheelchairs).

Pros: Das Etagenappartement in zentraler Lage mit vier Zimmern und drei Bädern war ideal für unsere kleine gemischte Reisegruppe. Die grosszügige Wohnung war sauber, angenehm einfach aber gut ausgestattet, Sanitärräume, Bettwäsche und Matratzen waren tadellos. Die Gastgeber Carmela und Daniele waren überaus freundlich, kurz wir haben uns hier in Neapel willkommen gefühlt und einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Exkursionen gefunden.
