Dear Mr Giorgi, we are very sad to hear you've been unhappy during your stay. We wanted specify that the elevator was out of order because of an engine brake. In the building we have 2 elevators, 1 of them goes to the 6th floor , so you could take this and come down 3 floors walking ( in case of too heavy luggages). It never happened before.. Towels and all linens are changed every 2 days, but if you ask for everyday change we do it as well , with a charged service, you only need to ask for it. For customer's quietness is born a new reception philosofy , at your entrance you always find a live reception monitor where a person is stying there to assist you and to give you welcome from 8 till 20. The microphone is off until you ask for help. After 20 we provide all the emergency numbers and in case of late check-in we provide all the codes to reach the assigned room. We always pray our gentle clients to leave a direct telephone number during the reservation process so we'll be able to send all the information they'll need. We always aim to give the best service for our clients and for any problem we're there to help.Best wishes

Located in central city at the third floor of a massive building with lift , it is well furnished with dinamic and modern style for a privilege choice. Dear guest, we thank you for taking your tima to write a review. We do provide Hot breakfast, but this is on request. When you checked in, we gave you one paper where was written all the breakfast you can have not included in the basic one. The building and the area are very safe, as it is in one of the most popular street in naples. Thanks anyway for the positive feedback. regards

We are very desolated if the breakfast wasn't to your liking, we normally offer a variety of typical napolitan patries like sfogliatella, muffin, donuts, hot drinks , buffet of yoghurt, fruits , juices, marmelade, chocolate and lot more.
