Bright and Airy Condo - Ocean Views - 5 Minute Walk to the Beach!

***We had a last minute cancellation from a guest who normally stays from the beginning of January to the beginning of March*** Check out our open dates!

Have a fabulous vacation or flex-cation in this clean and beautifully decorated condo on Marco Island! Enjoy time by the pool or on the tennis courts, walk across the street to the beach for the day, and then take in the gorgeous sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Keep up on work and school with our separate work station and printer. Wi-fi is included and can be upgraded if necessary.

The beach offers many activities to enjoy with your family or friends including jet skiing and para-sailing. There’s public access to the beach north of the unit between Hilton and Marriott’s Crystal Shores and south of the unit at Marco Island South Public Beach. It’s also a short stroll to local restaurants, theater, ice cream shops, a putt-putt course, and shopping.

This condo features:
• Community pool and tennis courts
• Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms
• Master bedroom: 1 king bed, flat screen TV
• Guest room: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, flat screen TV
• Flat screen TV in living room
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Full kitchen including dishes, silverware, coffee maker(both a Keurig and a drip maker), microwave, toaster oven and blender.
• Free Wi-Fi and a scanner/printer for any work needs
• Everything you need for a fun time at the beach! Cooler, beach towels and chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to haul it all with (we also have fishing poles and a bait bucket if you'd like to fish).

Sorry, although we love furry friends, this is a no pet community as well as non-smoking.

Perfect Location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our two young sons (7 and 4yo). The beach closet is stocked with everything you need, and the walk to the beach is super quick and easy to navigate! It was a quick drive to multiple nearby restaurants as well. Love the corner unit with great view of the Gulf and the pool. We will be back!

Beautiful, spacious condo with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice walk-in shower and a nice balcony with a table and chairs and a great view. Appreciated having the beach wagon, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs all provided. Conveniently located across the street from the beach- just a short walk away from the public south marco beach.Tina was very responsive to any questions I had. The condo has a great location, was very clean, and had everything we needed. The host had to be contacted about a question, and there was a prompt reply. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Winter Break

My husband and I stayed at the condo for 5 days. The location was perfect. It was close to our friend's home in Marco, close walk to the beach, and close walk to stores and restaurants. The condo was well supplied with everything we could possibly need. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner was very easy to work with. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Marco Island!

Great property

We had an amazing week staying at Marco Island. We rent often but Tina's accommodations were beyond any expectations. Her place is very clean and cozy. We ejoyed screened porch, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas, pickle ball and tennis rackets. She provided us with everything from unlimited personal items to wine, 2 bottles! This property is definitely a winner and we will definitely be back! Thank you Tina!
