Fi’an aparrment

Fi’an is in the heart of Naples. Easy access to the train! The apartment is quaint and clean. Bed is pretty comfortable. Owner was kind and accommodating!

Great place to stay!

It's a beautiful apartment close to the train station and many places to eat. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. Has a balcony which was nice. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. Especially because our flight was delayed and we came a day late. Would definitely stay again!

Summer stay in Naples

Nice and clean apartment! We didn’t spend much time in Naples and instead took day trips while we were there. The apartment was in walking distance of the train station which worked out great. The place had good AC and was very comfortable. We were able to cook dinner in the apartment one night. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

lovey apartment in the heart of Napoli

It was a joy to work with Florencia as she was incredibly kind and available. I slept very well in the apartment and had everything i needed. The location was perfect, too. I was about 3 minutes walk from the central train station. I was on my own and completely safe in and around Naples. I visited many small towns outside of the city and the people were all so kind! The food in Naples is absolutely out of this world and everything I had was within a minute or two walk from the apartment. It is so nice to work with warm and caring people and it really does make or break a trip at times. Thank you, Florencia for the beautiful memories! Lisa

Great stay and perfect for exploring Naples! Only a short walk to main train station and lots of bars/restaurants just a short walk away. Our host was lovely, allowed us to check in early which was massively appreciated and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, along with recommendations. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Short stay in Naples

Thé location was great (really near the historic centre of Napoli) and we found the apartment perfect for our stay. It had all the amenities we required. The hosts were also extremely helpful, meeting us on entry and offering lots of tips for where to go in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I have been really satisfied of the kindness of the host who has welcomed us and explained all that we needed to know to stay a couple of day in the city, providing as well some hints on how and what to visit. The house is lovely as the picture shows, so this accommodation is really suggested.

Great place - could do with better pillows though!

Fiorenza was fabulous! Fiorenza's communication was brilliant. The coffee machine was great, the shower was out of this world and the apartment felt airy and bright. We cooked in due to lots of food intolerances so we a decent chopping knife and a tea towel would have been useful. The pillows weren't very good either. But honestly overall a great stay, with a brilliant host!

Cozy retreat

A cozy haven from the slightly seedy bustle around Naples Central station. Close to the station which is great for access to Pompeii, Mt Vesuvius & Herculaneum. Compact & clean apartment, all basic amenities supplied. Just make sure you get all needed keys - we were locked out of an inner door (a neighbouring apartment had locked it when it should have been left open) and had to wait half an hour for our host to come and unlock it for us.

Loved the apartment. Had 2 balconies and a minisplit for AC. We didn't use the kitchen but it lacked seasonings of any kind. Bathroom was super well stocked. Owners met us at the apartment despite it being 9pm. Would recommend for sure.

My experience

In general it’s a good recommendation, but there was no parking as it was described in the description. In addition, after the second day the refrigerator simply stopped working. We also reported this, but the apartment landlady said "the refrigerator was too slow". Since the weather was very hot, the not properly working refrigerator was very inconvenient. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, so the water ran very slowly.

In cucina c'è tutto quello che può servire per le colazioni, sotto al portone comunque c'è un bar. La zona è comodissima sia per la stazione che per il centro di Napoli, l' appuntamento è carinissimo, unico neo, manca il citofono e non si può aprire il portone da sopra.

8 jours à Naples

Studio très bien placé proche du centre et ses commerces ainsi que des gares et du metrò Duomo, facilment accessible en 10-15 de marche.Très bien agencé mais espace un peu juste pour 3 personnes et cuisine vraiment minimaliste (frigo trop petit et absence de four microonde) si plus de deux-trois jours de sejour. Très bien la climatisation, petit problème de fermeture d'une fenetre et isolation phonique pas au top.Globalment notre séjour a été satisfaisant.

El alojamiento está como nuevo, es muy moderno y espacioso. Todo lo necesario, muy bonito, camas grandes. La zona donde está es de las peores de Nápoles , pero por el día no se nota peligroso, por la noche ya es otra cosa.
