The property is not at the location provided in the orbitz app. You check in at a given location then they give you the address that you need to get to. The room was fine but did not look like the photos. Also they charged a 200 euro “security deposit” that is usually placed as a hold on credit cards but this one went through as a transaction without any explanation. We were only there for one night and left the room as it was found. I have sent multiple messages to the hotel with no response.

Muy decepcionada. Una habitación muy distinta a lo esperado según la foto y lo pagado. El check in, esperé como 30 min a que me atiendan, para que lo hagan de manera despota. Al final una señora me ayudó con un poco más de gentileza. El baño olía a cañería. La ducha se tapaba cada que se la usaba. Debajo de la cama había una botella de jugo (cuantos días paso ahí? No se). Al pedir un cambio de habitación la única solución era pagar 130 euros adicionales + tax, y no me dieron otra solución ni seguimiento de mi estadía.
