In fact, as reported to you by the operator of Hotels.com, the conditions of our structure, foresee that the check-in is carried out during a particular time slot, from 2pm to 8:30pm. These conditions are clearly written on our Expedia profile and, therefore, more attention from you at the time of booking (last minute), would have been enough to avoid this unpleasant inconvenience. We also want to emphasize that we have never received your payment from Hotels.com, but rather, we have repeatedly requested repayment from them. Then we learned that your repayment was successful. Gentilissimo Marco, la ringraziamo per aver condiviso il suo giudizio di soggiorno, pur non condividendo la sua opinione al riguardo. Come si evince, infatti, dalle altre numerosissime recensioni, la disponibilità del personale e l'eccellente pulizia dei locali sono il nostro biglietto da visita e, pertanto, rappresentano per noi gli aspetti principali a cui prestare attenzione. A riprova di quanto affermato, può ben ricordare, che il giorno del suo arrivo, la nostra titolare, senza alcuna esitazione, l'ha raggiunta con la sua auto privata poichè lei impossibilitato a raggiungerci diversamente. In camera, preparata su richiesta con un allestimento romantico (senza richiedere alcun supplemento per esso), ha trovato un piacevole benvenuto con bevande e dolci tipici napoletani. Circa la pulizia della stanza, ribadiamo che essa, cosi come avviene anche nei migliori hotel, viene effettuata secondo orari consoni e prestabiliti. Non ci si può aspettare che la stanza venga riassettata se la si lascia alle ore 12. Se volessimo accontentare gli ospiti di tutte e tre le occupazioni, secondo i loro orari, dovremmo assumere governanti per 24h. Fermo restando che, abbiam sempre provveduto al cambio giornaliero delle asciugamani. Riteniamo dunque la sua recensione inveritiera, e la invitiamo a ricredersi proponendole un prossimo soggiorno in struttura. Cordiali saluti, La direzione
