Nice location with great views of the sunset right from balcony. Just steps down to the beach and pool. Restaurants are close by, and kitchen that works for limited cooking. I was surprised by a $45 fee for parking, but otherwise good. Would definitely recommend for couples or a small family.

Last minute trip to Marco Island

Great apartment, with all that we needed to have a nice short vacation. The view from the balcony was incredible and the apartment has plenty of chairs, coolers, etc to bring down to the beach.Host answered our inquires immediately, and make sure to go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.We will for sure return!!

Great Place

First time to the island and we chose a great place to stay. Beautiful views and great sunsets from the balcony. It's nice that you are right on the beach, just a short stroll down the walkway.

Amazing Location

Location is perfect. From balcony see beach, ocean, birds, dolphins, sunset, moon set. Walk downstairs and you are literally on the beach. Restaurant in building is a nice bonus. Owner responds quickly to any questions.

Wonderful location!

We came down to Marco Island for a short birthday get-a-way. Location was great, right on the water. We watched dolphins every morning from our balcony. Sunsets are spectacular! Close to many excursions and restaurants. Restaurant/bar on-site was an added bonus! Barbara was very responsive and the condo staff was nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again!

The property was as described

All we needed was available and our stay quite comfortable. My only suggestion would be to install screen on the beautiful balcony to be able to enjoy the ocean breeze in the living room without worrying about insects.

Cute beachfront getaway

This condo was perfect for my Fiance and I! My best friend was getting married on the beach in Marco Island and this condo was only 15 mins walking distance from where they were having the ceremony. The condo had all the amenities we needed, check in was super easy and fast and the lady at the front desk provided all the info we needed to get around. Barbara was a very attentive host, answering all my (silly) questions in a timely manner. A plaza with a bunch of delicious places to eat was only 15 mins walking distance, there are so many cool shells to find when the tide goes out and every night we got to watch the beautiful sunset over the ocean from our balcony. Definitely a cute little place to stay!

Great Beach Get Away

This property is perfect for beach lovers. It has everything you may need and has easy access to the bench. You have an amazing view of sunsets and you are within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Barbara is very responsive and made everything very easy (from check in to check out). We wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Condo on Marco Island

Barb was a great host and accommodating during our trip. The listing is beautiful with a great porch to watch dolphins from. The unit is just as described in the listing. If I go back to Marco Island I would stay at this property again. Highly recommend as this host was responsive and helped make our stay better.
