Stay in the Heart of Naples

We loved our stay at La Strada Parlata. You are on narrow Italian street with a balcony that overlooks shops and cafes and gives you a real feel of being away. The flat was clean and newly done up. Bottles of water and breakfast was left in the fridge free of charge and the Wifi worked well. It is perfectly positioned for all the sites of Naples and a twenty minute walk from the station or the port to explore Pompeii or the Islands

Solo weekend in Naples

This is an excellent choice in Naples. The location of the rooms couldn’t be better - right in the centre of all action yet completely quiet with windows closed. The accommodation is sparkling clean, spacious and having a shared kitchen was a plus although you’re spoilt for eating out options in town. There’s even a washing machine for guests to use. I particularly loved the selection of teas provided - at least 15 different varieties, as well as a nespresso machine and some basics for a light sweet Italian breakfast. Wifi was excellent. Luigi is a great host - it was self check in and he sent all details in advance and all was clear. This meant I could check in late in the evening without any extra charge unlike most other similar properties in Naples. I could also leave my suitcase after check out. You cannot beat the price and quality of Luigi’s accommodation - if it is available for your stay in Naples, consider yourself lucky and look no further. Thank you & I hope to be back one day.

EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION

If your looking for accommodation in the heart of Napoli then this is the place for you. Perfect for restaurants and city sites, everything was perfect and if you wish to cook and wash stuff then the kitchen area is just for you, as it has everything and i mean everything to hand, just like home. Wi Fi is super fast to stay in touch, and bed was cosy for us, shower excellent. Air Con for the hot days and nights, it was 29c. Luigi was very informative and always to hand by telegram. Free water, tea and coffee. 100% recommended. Geoff & Debbie.

Struttura consigliatissima!

Una struttura in una traversa di San Biagio dei Librai, punto strategico in pieno centro storico. Appartamento ristrutturato, moderno. Il titolare, Sig. Luigi, attento ad ogni esigenza, coadiuvato dalla cortesia e professionalità del Sig. Umberto. Camera e cucina pulite. In cucina c'era, in abbondanza, il necessario per la colazione, per un caffè, tisana ecc...Nel frigo tanta acqua in bottiglietta, a dimostrazione di quanta generosità il Sig. Luigi mette in quello che propone ai propri ospiti. Sicuramente ci ritornerò. Grazie mille Sig. Luigi, Umberto e a tutti coloro che hanno reso confortevole questi giorni di vacanza.

Great location and facilities

There is a great feeling of generosity here, with tea, coffee, bottled water, yoghurt and snacks provided in a communal kitchen area. You can even wash and dry your clothes. The location in the old town is wonderful. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were very modern and pleasantly decorated. The only thing that spoilt our stay was cigarette smoke wafting in through our window every morning and night.

Soddisfatti della struttura personale disponibilissimo e ottima accoglienza con consigli su posti da visitare e su come soggiornare al meglio...la struttura si trova a spaccanapoli posto caratteristico in quanto racchiude una forte tradizione della cultura napoletana...collegato benissimo a via toledo, piazza del plebiscito e lungomare posti che abbiamo raggiunto senza troppa fatica a piedi...condizioni della struttura ottime e ben rifornite per quanto riguarda bevande e colazione con annesse pantofole!!! consiglio di soggiornare a chiunque voglia visitare la città

Perfect location in the heart of the city

La Strada Parlata was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was like having a private apartment, as we had a well appointed room with en suite facilities, and the use of a well equipped kitchen. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay and it was spotlessly clean. Sheets and towels were changed every other day, The kitchen had a selection of cereals. biscuits, jams etc, as well as tea and coffee making equipment, to which guests were free to help themselves. There was free still and sparkling water whenever it was needed. In addition, we were given vouchers for breakfast on the corner nearby, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience every morning. .We had keys to come and go as we pleased, and we felt very at home. The rooms are right in the centre of the Centro Storico, and all the most famous sights are within walking distance. It was only a ten minute walk to the Metro, so exploring further afield was easy. The proprietors were friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. I would heartily recommend La Strada Parlata to anyone.

Moderno e funzionale nel cuore di Napoli

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per un breve soggiorno a Napoli. Il titolare si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile ancora prima del nostro arrivo, fornendoci indicazioni e suggerimenti. La camera era di recente finitura, accogliente, semplice ma ben arredata. Bagno attrezzato con doccia grande. Inoltre era disponibile uno spazio comune con la cucina e lavanderia attrezzata, bevande e piccoli spuntini a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci sono stati conservati i bagagli fino a sera.
