Around Napoli downtown was not clean. A lot of dirt. But it was more safer than we assumed. Hotel was clean and elegant. We loved it.

We got upgraded room as it was available. The staff were very nice and helpful. Keep in mind if you are driving, the parkade is off site and costs around €45 depending on the size of your vehicle per night.
