    Entryway, living room and kitchen, master bedroom, veranda with sitting area and sofa, bathroom with shower, covered terrace overlooking Castel Sant’Elmo and Certosa di San Martino



    Our small apartments, all located in the same building with an lift, from the 1st to the 4th floor, are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, a kettle, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a hair dryer, a shower soap dispenser, and a hand soap dispenser, bed and bath linens, air conditioning, heating, TV, and Wi-Fi.



    The price includes all utilities, bed and bath linens, and the final cleaning

    of the apartment.



    Cleaning and linen changes for stays longer than 7 days are performed weekly. You may request a linen change or additional cleaning as an extra service. Case Così does not provide hotel-style services.



    Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

    Outside of these days and times, as well as on holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will apply. (30 euros from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM)

    Just a short walk from Piazza del Plebiscito, Piazza Municipio, and the Port of Naples, the property offers the chance to experience authentic Neapolitan life. The apartments are strategically located. From here, you can easily reach all of Naples’ historical and cultural landmarks and shopping streets on foot. Case Così is just a stone’s throw from the Galleria Umberto, the Royal Palace, the Maschio Angioino, and all public transport options that will take you on a journey to discover the city’s unique beauty.

    Lovely respite from the bust city streets. We loved tge outdoor - and enclosed - patios. Terrific hot water and water pressure. Around the corner from the very nice Chiaia District and easy access to taxis to the train station. Staf was very helpful

    Just Perfect

    This is a wonderful place, exactly as the pics indicate. A short two minute walk from via Toledo, in a typical narrow Spanish Quarter street. Gated entry and welcomed by Filippo, as host. Elevator for one plus one bag only. 15 easy steps up the the penthouse. Sparkling clean and fresh smelling. Kitchen adequate but no food stuffs at all. Hosts left a bottle of bubbly and two waters in the fridge. Bathroom clean and everything works. Electrical outlets work everywhere. Water pressure and temp in the show was adequate. The "living room" is up three stairs. Glass walls and every window and door slides open effortlessly. Quick to get warm on a sunny day - open full and it feels like you're sitting on a patio. Lighting and seating is comfy, and TV (I didn't watch, but it worked). The patio itself is the biggest attraction. Warm and inviting, clean, surrounded by evergreen plants, with two loungers and a table for relaxing. I spent much time here. Bed sheets and linens were fresh and clean and the bed was surprisingly comfy - I slept hard each night. The area is typical Napoli, crowded, loud, and inviting. Cruise ships invite extra thousands and, by 10am, via Toledo is jam-packed. Hint: Walk UP the hill from your door to find markets, tabbachi, and restaurants. The Spanish Quarter is laid out in a square grid so it's easy to just wander so long as you keep your position relative to via Toledo. Every street and corner has a surprise. I absolutely would stay here again. Quiet (five floors from the street noise) warm, comfy to live and cook, and lots of room for two people and a small child. Highly recommended.

    Très bon accueil. Ludovica est très disponible. La terrasse est tout à fait en rapport avec les photos. Nous avons eu un très grand plaisir à profiter de cette terrasse au quotidien.
