Pictures are accurate. Very quiet location close to main street. Big, comfortable beds. Having a balcony is great.Check-in was stressful as I received a "check in today or you will be a no-show" on the day before I was due to arrive and I was not in Naples. Turns out this meant "online check-in". Frederica who actually checked us in was lovely.There are 83 uneven stairs to get to the apartment.There was a coffee maker for only one cup of coffee at a time. When I asked for a bigger one, I was told the previous guest must have taken it, but no replacement was given. The "fully equipped kitchen" doesn't have baking dish or salad bowl, 2 of the 6 coffee cups had big cracks as did one of the glasses. No replacements came.The hot water system relies on enough flow to trigger the heater but the shower head is designed to reduce flow rate, so about half of showering time is spent trying to get hot water. One friend from the UK just had cold showers.They ask guests to sort rubbish into 5 streams but there is only one bin, so we had plastic bags hanging off chairs.
