Not very good
You get what you pay for. The bed was clean, but the room was dilapidated and the bathroom was dirty. The local area is concise entry close to the train station, but not safe. Watch out for pick pockets, my wallet was stolen very close to the hotel.

The door handle to our room felt like it was barely in place, it didn't seem too secure. Both pillow cases were dirty. There was not a garbage for feminine products in one of the bathrooms which was very inconvenient and was poorly maintained, I had to go down to the desk to get toilet paper since they didn't keep a spare roll in there considering the whole floor shared the 2 bathrooms. It was very noisy all night. The only perk was that it was a 5 minute walk to the main station - apart from that there was nothing good about this stay. We left immediately and didn't stay longer than necessary.

Close to Train Station, Friendly Staff
The staff was exceptionally pleasant at check-in. We arrived very early in the morning but were able to leave our bags until we returned in the evening to check in. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was wonky in that the shower had no curtain or walls. It was simply a shower head in the corner of the bathroom. The room had a small balcony looking over the street. And the windows were fantastic - they were actually doors to the balcony that shut out ALL of the light. The hallway area outside of the room had a weird smell and the room smelled weird one day, but we simply opened the doors to the balcony to get some fresh air. The staff kindly printed our airline tickets for us. The hotel is located VERY close to the train station.

Nice man from new jersey
Super nice older guy who worked at the desk was very informative and helpfull and nice and friendly even though the fatter guy ignored me, turned is back to me and spoke to someone on the street till I interupted him five minutes into the power struggle. Bed was hard as a rock and three feet wide but luckily i brought memory foam pad.

Local area was insecure. Troubles with navigation through the hotel. Some areas are dark. No cooler with water.

Very very bad... they tried to give me a tiny room, not what was ordered. listing said wifi in room... No Wifi. Nasty and rude. be smart - stay away!!!

Go somewhere else
Not a great location in itself. Mould all over the tiles in the bathroom that could have been scrubbed off with little effort. Minimum water pressure and just above cold if lucky. No tourist information available at all. Bed and pillows lumpy and aware of springs! Good location for the train station and not too far to get to the heart of things.

Basic no frills hotel
Had a very pleasant stay here even though it is a basic hotel. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. The rooms are fairly big with a high ceiling. There was a clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning, clean toilet and shower facilities, a desk/chair, side drawers and a wardrobe. The hotel is kept to a clean standard. The hotel is located down the side street of one of the main streets so expect a lot of noise from the streets below. Our taxi driver told us to be careful in this area as there are a lot of immigrants, but we didn't experience any trouble or harassment.

Hotel staff receptionist
Hotel receptionist was very wellcoming and helpful with our stay. Although the hotel was in the chaotic city centre we enjoyed our stay allowing us to explore different placestyles of interest as it was central to the train station. The room was clean and the shower was excellent. Myself and my daughter found this was a good way to experience the real Italy for sight seeing.

Terrible hotel
The hotel is very close train station but the area it is in doesn't look safe at all. The guy at the reception keeps the front door of the hotel locked even during the day. You need to ring the bell to get in. There was no hot water the night we stayed. Called the guy at the reception. He came and looked at it and said there is nothing he can do. The towels were very old. They were even white anymore. Stay away from this place.

Nightmare Hotel
Worst service ever, they changed my room twice because they gave it to more people and moved me to smaller rooms. The staff in the reception makes you feel like they are doing you a favor instead of making you feel like a costumer. it felt uncomfortable to get to your room every time. The hotel is not anything like they showed in the pictures, they have dark alleys and share the rooms of the hotel with families living there. first thing they tell you is not to trespass the "area of the hotel" cause if you give an extra step suddenly you are in someone's house. I really regret coming to this hotel. the price cut you receive compared to other hotels is mostly because this is located in the most dangerous place of Naples. The staff has very poor English, and have no respect for you whatsoever.

Meh not that great but we were poor. The shared bathrooms are not something I liked. The staff was ok but if you're travelling and only looking for a roof over your head then it's fine. Naples itself is DA BOMB

A Good decision - great location.
Great - better than expected - nice room, all worked, helpful staff, felt safe / secure, good air conditioning. Location brilliant - very close to station and bus station - easy walk into city and sights. (a busy area - but real Naples!)

I chose this hotel as I needed basic lodging. I didnt choose it for luxury or comfort. it served me well. great location near the train station. walkable to everywhere. amazing pizzerias nearby. would recommend. staff is friendly. great value and location

Great stay! Budget accommodations.
If the street was as nice as the hotel I couldn't afford it. If the hotel was as rough as the street it would be too rough for me. Big room. Right next to the train station. Pansy people look elsewhere. Hardy people should give it a go. Incredibly affordable.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the room met all requirements. Just a warning to make sure you get the air conditioning room if you stay here in the summer. We stayed in the fan room the first night and it was super hot!

Ok for the price. Owner is very very nice and helpful. The room was decent sized. Hot water in shower, but the drain was clogged and kind of gross to stand in the dirty water. Bed was typical European hostel concrete feeling mattress. wifi did not work in the room, but was able to use another hostels wifi connection that didn't have password protection. Neighborhood is by the train station, which is kind of a shady area, but I walked around alone a few times and nobody bothered me. Hostel felt safe.

Hotel ok, price very good. Language skills (english) a bit trickie, but willing staff. Exceptional location. Close to the center of Naples, very close to central station (connection to airport, Pompei, Herculaneo, center of Naples and Vesuvius)

the man at reception insisted upon full payment at check-in otherwise i could not stay. he wasn't entirely friendly. the area is a bit seedy as you might expect close to the main railway station. the view from the window was onto a large central internal roof area that was covered with rubbish. the shower in the shared bathroom was excellent.

My friend and I shared a room with two twin beds and it was great for our needs. It's not a room you want to spend a lot of time in terms of hanging out since the tv is really small and the hotel has no other amenities. Problem was it was very loud. People were out and about till around 3-4am. And we couldn't sleep in so it wasn't a very restful night. I lived in that area for six months a few years earlier and it's just noisy. The window shut out most of the sound but not enough. Great location near Piazza Garibaldi and we got it for really cheap so it was great for the price we paid

Disgusting hotel with poor management...
As we had booked at an internet cafe only 2 hours before we arrived our booking had not yet been recieved by the technophobic hotel. As they did not speak any English we had trouble explaining we had a reservation. Finally it arrived via fax and we were given a room which wasnt what we had booked but oncle again too difficult to exlpain so accepted the two single beds and a bathroom instead of our double room and shared bathroom. However the next day the manager, who could speak English, demanded that we PAY EXTRA for the bathroom because it was not what we had booked! We refused to pay for their mistake only to find that they were not going to give our passports back until we had! Disgusting behaviour, would not recommend this hotel.

AVOID this area! AVOID pickpocketing!
Just AVOID this AREA but not the hotel problem. I got pickpocketed when I walk to this hotel. You may think this is a personal Issue but it IS NOT ! The receptionist that on duty in the afternoon DO NOT understand English! There is a lot of thefts around this hotel area. I have encountered a lot but I lost to one duo theft. A lot of thefts are staying around this area as it is close to the main train station. They are just hanging around and wait for target to pass by. Beaware if you decide to live here. The hotel has a gate which locked electronically to keep it safe. However, you will need to wait till someone to open it for you. The rooms are without air-conditioning, which can be very hot in summer. I got lock out once as you apparently you cannot double locked your room twice. I do not feel safe with the window design tbh! If you locked it the whole night, it will be extremely hot. Also, the toilet have a few flying bugs in it. This is really disgusting. Yes it is cheap but I would definitely not recommend and would never go to NAPLES AGAIN! Just skip Naples! Do not live here, go straight to POMPEI or somewhere else!!
