On the ground floor, opening onto a private garden: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (200 x 160), and one bedroom with two twin beds (90 x 200), a bathroom with a shower and sink, 1 separate toilet, and a living room with a sofa bed (200 x 160), which can sleep 2 people.
Upstairs: a large, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, 1 separate toilet, and 2 terraces (one overlooking the vineyards and scrubland, and the other overlooking the pool).

Sheet rental: 7 € per bed.
End-of-stay cleaning option: 40 €.
Cleaning service is mandatory if pets are present.
Pets allowed with prior approval from the owner.
Category 1 dogs and dogs weighing more than 25 kg are not permitted.

La the separation between neighbouring villas is provided by a fenced embankment consisting of trees, shrubs, picket fences, and wicker.
Since the trees and shrubs do not provide the same level of privacy as a wall, this villa is not suitable for people whose beliefs require complete visual seclusion.
