Piccola Perla is a cottage for rent for relaxing stays in Santa Caterina, a beautiful seaside resort on the sea of Nardò. The vacation home offers up to 4 beds and is a short walk from the sea.

The
vacation home Piccola Perla has a shared driveway with another vacation
home. Of exclusive relevance there is an outdoor space, shaded with
canes, furnished with table and chairs so you can have lunch and dinner
outside. Here there`s also an outdoor shower to cool off when returning
from the sea.
The interior of Piccola Perla consists of kitchen, living room with single sofa bed, hallway with air conditioning that cools all rooms, 1 double bedroom without door, 1 single bedroom and 1 full shower bathroom.

Piccola
Perla is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, located in the
residential area of Santa Caterina. Nardò`s marina is characterized by
striking cliffs that are largely accessible, such as those overlooked by
the Torre dell`Alto, symbol of the Portoselvaggio Natural Park, which
can be reached on foot.
Santa Caterina also has two small sandy
beaches, one of which has an equipped lido, numerous bars, a minimarket,
newsstand, tobacconist`s, pizzerias and restaurants. The town of Nardò
with its beautiful historic center can be reached by car in 5 minutes. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
