Recently built (2017), beautifully finished, and equipped with every comfort, it is the ideal location to spend a pleasant and peaceful holiday.
You can relax in the spacious private garden, enjoy an aperitif outdoors in the sitting area provided, or simply soak up the afternoon sun or gaze at the stars on the comfortable lounge chairs on the lawn.
The villa has a separate entrance and ample on-site parking.
It consists of an entryway and living room with a kitchenette, an outdoor refrigerator, and a convenient pantry cabinet, 1 double bedroom, 1 small bedroom with a loft closet featuring 2 open beds and a 3rd pull-out bed below that can be converted into a double bed as needed, and 1 full bathroom with a spacious shower and relaxing lighting.
Outside, it also features a cosy veranda with a wooden gazebo, furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a pleasant dinner under the moonlight, all set within a spacious, well-lit garden.
Rounding out the outdoor area is a hot-water shower—very convenient upon returning from the beach—and, at the rear, an additional paved patio of approximately 40 square metres with an attached laundry area (washing machine, sink, and a large clothesline available for guests’ use).
The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, professional hair dryer with diffuser, washing machine, clothesline, TV, air conditioning, and mosquito screens in every room, as well as dishes and cookware.
Villa NoIrè enjoys a strategic location in a very quiet area that is also well-served: just 900 metres from the most famous beaches of Torre Lapillo, where public beaches alternative with the area’s most renowned private beaches, and just 200 metres away are the main amenities such as a supermarket, petrol station, tobacco shop, newsstand, pharmacy, urgent care clinic, butcher shops, fish markets, bakery, cafes, pizzerias, and restaurants.
