Villa located about 1200 meters from the wonderful sea of S. Isidoro, about 4 km from Porto Cesareo, 15 from Gallipoli and 25 from Lecce. The villa offers a seasonal private pool, with a single depth of 1.40 m, 3.70 wide and 5.50 m long. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fan oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a laundry room with a washing machine. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with bidet and shower (hot water provided by solar panels), free wifi. Mosquito nets on all windows and air conditioning throughout the villa. There is also a fenced garden around the 3,000 square meter villa with fruit trees and barbecue with wood available. Ideal for families or couples of friends, max 8 people
