Please turn off fireplace, all lights and lamps. Leave front porch lights ON. Log out of all TV accounts.
Feel free to leave the bed unmade and your towels in the bathroom as I have a housekeeper who will take care of them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Reminder: NO smoking or vaping in the house of any kind. If this rule is violated, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200.
To avoid extra fees, please report to me if any items are broken, damaged or stained during your stay.
LATE CHECKOUT POLICY: Check out time is strictly 11am. Any checkouts past this time will incur a late checkout fee of $25 per hour.

It is an amazing house—everything is of excellent quality and spotless. It is equipped with everything you need and more; we really appreciated how they consider the guests in the little details. The house is completely comfortable, the check-in instructions were very easy, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I absolutely loved Maddie’s home! It was very cozy and gave such warm, homey vibes. The decor is chic and luxurious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. I would definitely book again especially once it gets warmer to fully enjoy the beautiful backyard!

The house was very nice and clean. Issue was there was no Wi-Fi which means couldn't do paperwork (traveling for work) and also no tv. The dishwasher didn't work either. We contacted the host on first night about Wi-Fi and she was looking into and never heard from her again.
