Conveniently located just a mile from the lake in a quiet and safe neighborhood that feels like the country, yet only 5 miles to East Nashville, and 14 miles from Downtown proper. If you’re looking for an alternative to the downtown country scene, then East Nashville is it. Many different Bars/Venues/Shoppes that support and promote Rock/Funk/Jazz/R&B/Folk culture and style. However, Broadway is an easy drive away as well, with plenty of car service available at all hours. Old Hickory Beach is within walking range from the house, and the Blue Turtle Bay Marina offers boat/kayak rentals and a nice Restaurant on the water.

House was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with needed items. Location to Nashville was great (Far enough away from the hustle and bustle...but close enough to reach fairly quickly). The lawn was in need of mowing, and the grounds could have used some attention in the way of weeding and general maintenance. If in Nashville for a few days again sometime in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
